The New Ulm Country Club is on the south side of New Ulm, just north of the Cottonwood River, adjoining Flandrau State Park.

The layout was etched through a clearing in the woods and winds along fairways defined by mature hardwoods over gently undulating topography. It's a straightforward layout along a blend of narrow and broad fairway corridors leading to the generous greens with several water features in play and sand traps sprinkled about the landing zones and securing the greens. It will play to 6,242 yards, 70.8/130, with course/slope ratings off the blue tees, and three shorter tees.
