Makefield is west of Trenton in Morrisville, off I-95 at exit 51 to Woodside Road.

The golf course's wide-open, contoured fairways are lined with tall fescue grasses at the borders over undulating terrain in a scenic setting, seemingly in the country. There's constant variety, including a few quirky holes with blind shots, which, along with the bevy of deep sand traps and multiple water features, provide an engaging layout. From the back tees, it's 7,058 yards, 74.5/131 course/slope ratings, with four shorter tees, designed by Rick Jacobson.
