Magnolia Greens is just northwest of Wilmington off the Andrew Jackson Highway at Ocean Highway in the Magnolia Greens community.

The golf course is a relatively flat layout through the trees and homesites with numerous water hazards and sand traps along the fairways and guarding the large greens. There's 27 holes here, the Magnolia at 3,476 yards, the Camellia at 3.575 yards, and the Azalea at 3,422 yards, all from the tips.
