Lochmere is on the west side of Silver Lake exit off I-93 at Route 3 about 10 minutes south of Laconia and 25 minutes north of Concord.

The golf course is an entertaining, parkland design with a variety of long and short holes featuring water hazards, sand traps, and doglegs along tree lined fairways in a very scenic setting. It was designed by Philip Wogan with tees from 5,242 yards to 6,711 yards, the white tees are at 6,207 yards, par 72, 69.7/123, course/slope ratings.
