Larchmont is on Reserve St off either Fort Missoula Road or Post Siding Road next to Fort Missoula Park on the southwest side of town.

The golf course is a traditional layout on a rather large tract of level land along fairways lined by trees with numerous water hazards and sand traps affecting play along the landing zones and guarding the greens. It was designed by Dick Watson and Keith Hellstrom and from the tips plays to 7,083 yards, 72.9/124, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees.
