The Journey at Pechange is on the south side of Temecula before the Corona and Escondido Freeways split about 60 miles north of San Diego.

The course is a strategic layout between Pechanga Creek and the foothills along oak trees and natural borders with several water features in addition to a liberal amount of sand bunkers along the fairways and greens. There's a bit of a cultural tour on the course with each hole featuring a Luiseno name with with relevant historical highlights throughout the course. There's 6 tee boxes here with the tips playing to 6,735 yards, 72.7/138, course/slope ratings, designed by Arthur Hills and Steve Forrest and owned by and part of the Pechanga Resort & Casino of the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians.
