The Jackson Hole Golf Club is on the north side of town north and the Gros Ventre River in a resort, residential development.

The setting for the layout is 6,200 feet above sea level with 360 degree views of the Tetons. The layout flows through the community around several lakes and creeks along scattered tree lined fairways with fingered, sculptured bunkers lining the fairways and guarding the greens. It plays to 7,325 yards par 72, 74.2/135, course/slope rating from the tips with four shorter tees, an original Bob Baldock design redesigned by Robert Trent Jones, Jr.
