The layout is set in a natural wetlands area, with five ponds in play on multiple holes. The fairways are all tree-lined, some rather tight with 20+ pot, waste area, and conventional sand bunkers mostly guarding the greens. There are tees from 4,632 to 6,580 yards; the Blue tees are 6,151 yards, 70.0/124, course/slope ratings, designed by Bobby Weed and Gary Player.
