Hidden Valley Lake Golf Course is 45 minutes northeast of Santa Rosa and 20 minutes from Calistoga in Hidden Valley Lake.

The golf course is a hidden gem meandering through a residential community with an interesting and varied layout, especially the backside. The golf course is mostly straightforward save for several doglegs with water in play on over half the holes. It moves along tree lined fairways over a change in elevation especially with the 250 foot drop off the tee at 15. It's 6,708 yards from the tips with a 125 slope, and 6,297 yards from the White tees, 70.6/121 course and slope ratings, designed by Billy Bell in the 1960s.
