Heritage Hills is part of a hotel/resort conference center on the east side of York off I-83 at exit 18 to the east.

The layout's fairways are lined with old growth, hardwood trees over slightly rolling terrain. There's a stream which traverses the course from north to south providing multiple wetlands and ponds in addition to a variety of shapes and sizes of sand bunkers along the fairways and securing the greens. It's a Russell Roberts design from 1989 and is 6,700 yards from the championship tees, 72.6/128, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
