Harbour Pointe is on the east side of New Bern across the Neuse River Bridge.

The golf course meanders through the Fairfield Harbour development over undulating terrain carved through a pine forest. It's a shot maker's layout and well bunkered along the fairway's landing zones and greens with numerous ponds and wetlands in play. From the tips the course can play to 6,577 yards with a 134 slope, the white tees are 6,094 yards, 68.6/120 course and slope ratings with two shorter tees, designed by Rees Jones and D.J. DeVictor.
