Hail Ridge is 20 minutes west of Columbia, just off I-70 at the MO 87 exit to the north on the airport's west side.

Additionally, ponds and a stream affect play on numerous holes, and sand bunkers primarily surround the ample greens. It plays to 6,516 yards from the back tees, 69.7/115, course/slope ratings, and 5,982 yards from the white tees, 67.3/110.
