Graysburg Hills is located 30 miles west of Johnson City off I-81 at exit 50 to the southwest in in Graysburg with 27 holes.

The layout is a parkland design nestled in a valley surrounded by the foothills along a blend of narrow and broad, tree lined fairways. All three nines are dotted with ponds and lakes as well as a healthy dose of sand bunkers defending the fairways and greens. From the tips the Knobs is 3,351 yards; Fodderstack-3,483 yards; Chimney Top-3,439 yards. Course/slope ratings for the various combinations from the tips with three shorter tees: Knobs/Fodderstack-72.8/128, course/slope ratings; Knobs/Chimney Top, 72.2 133; Fodderstack/Chimney Top, 73.0/134. The Knobs and Fodderstack Nines were designed by Rees Jones, the Chimney Top Nine designed by Larry Packard.
