The Fairlawn Golf Club is 15 minutes southeast of Lewiston off exit 75 of I-95 to the north.

The golf course rambles over Maine countryside surrounded by fields and forests without homes or development along the holes. It's a parkland style design with evergreen trees lining the fairways, several water features, and sand bunkers primarily greenside. It was designed by Chic Adams in the early 1960s and is short at 6,300 yards from the tips, 68.9/117, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees.
