Eagle's Landing adjoins the Ocean City Airport to the south on the Decatur Highway.

The golf course is along the salt marshes of Sinepuxent Bay with Bay views from many holes including the par 3, 17th with its tees set 400 feet out in the marsh on a small island. It's a challenging layout as it's routed along level, tree lined fairways with multiple ponds and wetlands, sand bunkers defending the landing zones and greens, and the constant wind off the Bay always in play. It's the first certified Audubon Sanctuary in Maryland and plays to 7,003 yards, 73.6/129, course/slope ratings from the tips with three shorter sets of tees, a Hurdzan/Fry design.
