Dennis has two golf courses on the Cape, the Pines is just off Route 134 between Main Street and Setucket Road, and the Highlands is located about a mile from the Pines.

The Pines is longer and the more challenging of the two courses along narrow, tree lined fairways on the level front side while the backside moves up into the hills with water in play on four holes. It's a par of 72, 7,000 yards from the tips, 74.6/135, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Henry Mitchell in 1966.

The Highlands course is a similar routing and terrain, but is much more forgiving especially off the tee and is without water hazards in play. It's a par 71, 6,464 yards, 70.9/120, course/slope ratings from the back tees with two shorter tee boxes, designed by Michael Hurdzan and Jack Kidwell in 1984.
