Connecticut National Golf Club is in Putnam off Interstate 395 at exit 95/Heritage Road about 30 minutes south of Worcester.

The course lumbers through tree lined corridors along mounded, hilly, and sloping fescue lined fairways with numerous doglegs, sand bunkers, and water hazards. The greens slope back to front and side to side and typically are of moderate size. There's four sets of tees from 5,002 yards, to 6,935 yards at the tips, 72.9/133, course/slope ratings, redesigned by Mark Mungeam.
