Conklin Players Club is south of Binghamton off I-81 at exit 1 on the west side of the Susquehanna River.

The layout has its share of interesting holes where placement shots are required with elevated greens and tees, multiple water hazards, hilly tree lined fairways, and a moderate amount of sand traps. The course was designed by Rick Rickard and from the back tees is 6,772 yards, 72.4/127, course/slope ratings with three shorter sets of tee boxes.
