Compass Pointe is a 36 hole layout due east of Baltimore in Pasadena on Fort Smallwood Road.

The courses partially border a residential community along generally unique and isolated, mounded fairways with deep forest at the borders. There's numerous doglegs, a generous amount and variety of sand traps, and multiple ponds and wetlands impacting play. There's five sets of tees overall with North/East routing at 6,218 yards from the middle tees, 70.0/129, course/slope ratings; the South/West combination is 6,095 yards from the middle tees, 69.1/121, designed by Lindsay Ervin.
