Cinnabar Hills is located south of San Jose in a rural area off the 101 to the west between Morgan Hill and South San Jose roaming through a scenic setting in the foothills with three nine hole layouts.

The Lake, Canyon, and Mountain are parkland style layouts with oak trees lining or scattered along the fairways over rolling terrain with unique and isolated holes over a large, natural tract of land. There's numerous sand bunkers of varying shapes and sizes along the fairways and guarding the large, contoured green complexes along with multiple water hazards in play. There's four sets of tees overall and from the back tees, the Mountain/Canyon plays to 6,617 yards,72.6/136, course/slope ratings; Lake/Mountain 6,854 yards, 73.6/139; Canyon/Lake, 6,713 yards, 73.0/140, designed by John Harbottle III.
