Chippendale is a few miles south of Kokomo off US 31 at Co Rd 700N.

The Championship course moves through an upscale, residential community with homes lining the holes but mostly blocked by the trees. It's straightforward overall with narrow fairways, water hazards in the form of streams and ponds, and a modest amount of sand bunkers around the small to mid-sized green complexes. From the tips it plays to 6,576 yards, 710/124, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Al Humphrey.
