Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort is about an hour east of Pittsburgh just off Rt 22 in Blairsville with two 18 hole layouts in the foothills of the Chestnut Ridge Mountains in the Laurel Highlands.

Tom's Run is the high powered layout which traverses narrow, tree lined fairways along Tom's Run stream on the front while the back side is more open over rolling terrain with multiple streams and ponds in play. It can play to 6,812 yards from the championship tees, 73.0/135, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Bill Love/Ault Clark.

Chestnut Ridge is a classic, parkland layout trekking along tree lined fairways over modest elevation change with numerous water hazards and sand bunkers along the fairways and greens. The greens are small to mid-sized, and relatively quick with slightly undulating surfaces. It plays to 6,242 yards from the back tees, 70.2/127, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by James Harrison and Ferd Garbin in 1964.
