The Cherry Hill CC is in the small, former coal mining and lumber boom town of Richwood known as the Gateway to the Monongahela National Forest and located 28 miles east of Summersville.

This 9 hole layout is a few miles north of Richwood in a valley setting surrounded by the deep forest. It's very straightforward wandering along fairways defined by rows of trees leading to modest, oval greens with a scattering of sand bunkers. Off the back tees, it can play to 33.8/110, course/slope ratings with one shorter tee along with alternative tees for the back nine.
