The Avalon Buhl Country Club is on the north side of Sharon off I-80 at exit 4.

The course is a classic parkland layout with very tight fairways lined by tall trees, water on a couple of holes, and lightly bunkered with small greens. It is 6,267 yards, 70.6/123, course/slope from the tips, a par of 70 with two shorter tees, and a Tom Bendelow design.
