Ben Geren is a municipal golf course on the south side of Ft. Smith just south of the airport off I-540 at exit 11 with three nine hole layouts.

The Silo is an open layout with scattered trees along the broad fairway's borders, multiple ponds impacting play, and sand bunkers set occasionally along the fairways and greenside. The Magnolia and Willow nines are traditional layouts winding along broad and narrow, tree lined fairways with ponds and streams in play on multiple holes and generous greens. The layouts were designed by Marvin Ferguson and Jeff Brauer with the Willow course at 3,552 yards, Magnolia 3,380 yards, and Silo, 3,460 yards, all from the back tees with three shorter tees. Course/slope ratings for the various rotations: Magnolia/Silo- 73.2/125; Magnolia/Willow-73.1/123; Silo/Willow-72.7/125.
