Beaver Creek Golf Club is at 8,500 feet above sea level in the Beaver Creek community off I-70 at exit 167.

The layout is nestled in a slight valley of Beaver Creek Mountain following Beaver Creek to the Eagle River with a 500 foot elevation drop overall. It's a challenging, parkland style design with narrow, tree lined fairways intersecting Beaver Creek along several ponds and contoured sand bunkers along the fairways and defending the greens. It was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. playing to 6,784 yards from the tips with a challenging 72.3/140, course/slope ratings and three shorter tees.
