Ashwood is an executive-style layout between Apple Valley and Hesperia off I-15 at the 147 exit.

The golf course is within a residential development with three nines: Mesquite, Sycamore, and Birch. The layouts have generous driving lanes off the tees with multiple water hazards and sand traps along the landing areas and guarding the greens. The Mesquite/Sycamore is a par 66 layout at 4,828 from the blues with 62.3/103, course/slope ratings; Birch/Mesquite is par 65, 4,826 yards, 62.9/106; Sycamore/Birch is par 65, 4,624 yards, 63.1/104, designed by David Rainville in the early 1990s.
