Ashton Hills Golf Club is in Covington, 5 minutes south of I-20 at exit 93 on the east side of Atlanta.

The golf course is an entertaining layout, as most of those designed by Desmond Muirhead are. The layout is carved through the pine trees of a residential development, with narrow fairways, numerous ponds and streams, and a variety of bunker styles and shapes that provide character, interest, and challenge. It plays to 6,444 yards from the Blue tees, 70.1/135, course/slope ratings with one longer and two shorter.
