The Ashland Golf Club is off I-71 at the Ashland exit on the south side of town.

The layout is a classic, parkland design wandering along narrow, hardwood and pine tree lined fairways over rolling hills. Jamison Creek cuts diagonally through the layout impacting play on a number of holes with the modest, raised greens well protected by deep sand bunkers. There's four sets of tees, the White tees are at 6,391 yards, 70.4/126, course/slope ratings, an original 1920s design by Scottish architect Willie Park, JR, a British Open winner in the late 1880s.
