Applewood is 30 minutes south of Augusta off US 25 at Parker's Mill Road.

It's a parkland-style layout over hilly, tree-lined fairways in a natural setting surrounded by forests. The course is generally straightforward, save for several slight and dramatic doglegs with a generous amount of sand bunkers and water hazards in play on seven holes overall. It can play to 6,935 yards, 71.5/124, course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees, designed in the mid-1990s by Chuck Baer.
