The Tatanka Golf Club is part of the Santee Sioux Nation's Ohiya Casino located 1 1/2 hours west of Sioux City, Iowa.

Tatanka, the Lakota word for buffalo, traverses the existing lay of the the rolling contours in northern Nebraska's Missouri River Valley. The layout traverses ridges of the natural, mostly undisturbed setting adjoining buffalo grazing land with views of 40 miles. Each hole is separate and unique with the design derived from an aspect of the Sioux culture and the landforms within view. The broad fairways are lined with tall prairie grasses with blow out sand bunkers along the fairways and to the sides of the large, ranging greens. There's five sets of tees overall with the middle tees playing to 6,736 yards, 72.3/126, course/slope ratings, designed by Paul Albanese.
