Sweetwater Country Club is off I-20 on the northwest side of Sweetwater.

The layout winds along live oak, elm, cottonwood, mesquite, and willow lined fairways over level terrain. In terms of hazards, there's a few ponds in play and a stream traversing the western border while sand bunkers defend the generous greens. It can play to 6,380 yards, 70.0/118, course/slope ratings off the back tees, designed by M.C. Alston.
