Southbridge is located on the southeast section of the I-16 and I-95 intersection within a residential development.

The layout features water in play on every hole in some shape or form with narrow corridors through the pine and oak trees playing to moderate-sized greens well protected by sand bunkers. It plays to 6,922 yards, 74.1/134, course/slope from the tips with five shorter tees, designed by Rees Jones.
