Lemon Bay is a private club but open for public play from May through August and located on the west side of Rotonda in Englewood, 30 minutes from Port Charlotte or Venice and six miles north of Gasparilla Island.

The golf course is an Audubon Certified Sanctuary and feels as if you're playing through a nature preserve along mature native hardwoods and pines over level terrain. Water is the dominant feature here with numerous small lakes, ponds, and wetlands in addition to abundant waterfowl and wildlife. It's not a long course at only 6,264 yards from the tips, 69.9/123, course/slope and four shorter tees, designed by Jim Petrides.
