Bath Country Club is northeast of Brunswick off US 1 between the Androscoggin and Kennebec Rivers surrounded by farms and forests.

The layout marches along and over a ridge with small creeks and ponds bordering a few holes and wetlands in play on the finish. The slightly hilly fairways are bordered by stands of mature hardwoods providing numerous doglegs with strategically sited bunkers at the landing zones and greens. There's three sets of tees with the tips playing to a short 6,361 yards,70.8/130, course/slope ratings. The initial nine holes were designed by Stiles and Van Kleek in the 1930s with an additional nine and redesign Geoffrey Cornish in 1994.
