Gordon Lakes is on Fort Gordon southwest of Augusta off Deans Bridge Road.

There's twenty-seven holes here and all fairly similar in design with the Lake View/Island View nines flowing around a lake and a stream and Pine View lumbers through the pine trees. In addition to the water features, there's 80+ sand bunkers in play overall along the fairways and guarding the greens. The Island View to Lake View routing plays to 7,049 yards from the tips, 73.4/129, course/slope ratings; the Island View to Pine View, 7,054 yards, 72.2/130; Lake View to Pine View, 7.137 yards, 73.8/130, all with three shorter tees. Lake View and Island View were designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. in 1976, and the Pine View was designed by Ault Clark in 2001.
